Services. The Repipe Crew provides Whole-Home Repiping, Leak Detection, Burst Pipe Repair, Water Heater Installation, Water Heater Replacement, Gas Line Installation and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.

IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by The Repipe Crew or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

End of Use. The Repipe Crew may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

No Warranties. The Repipe Crew disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Repipe Crew's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid The Repipe Crew in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Repipe Crew from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by CA law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in CA for any dispute arising out of these Terms.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
